I decided to stay at this hotel for my 40th and it was a great location near the center of Leicester. The rooms were big, nice, and clean, but unfortunately, the noise from the taxi rank outside disturbed my sleep all night. The service was very friendly and welcoming. However, dining options were limited, with just a selection of basic items like oats, croissants, and cream crackers available.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with very comfortable beds, big showers, and large windows. While there were initial issues with noise, the staff promptly resolved it by moving us to a suite. The service was friendly and accommodating, with the staff apologizing for any inconvenience and providing compensation. The location is great for exploring the city center or enjoying a relaxing evening on the balcony. The dining experience, though requiring preordering, offered delicious homemade pastries.
